Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully place the unused wool products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
